I'm Kulasekaran Krishnaraj, an Associate Software Engineer at Adaptive Development Private Limited, an IBM Silver Business Partner specializing in enterprise commerce and IBM Sterling solutions. I hold a BCA degree and have 2+ years of professional experience building production systems around IBM Sterling OMS.

My daily work involves designing and developing enterprise integrations — building REST APIs, custom Java services, middleware and cloud-native applications that connect IBM Sterling OMS with warehouse management systems, logistics platforms, AI services and external enterprise systems across the full order lifecycle.

I work primarily in enterprise retail, e-commerce and omnichannel order fulfillment. What differentiates my approach is building complete enterprise ecosystems around OMS — not just Sterling customizations in isolation, but the full picture: warehouse management, logistics automation, AI assistants, middleware, payment services and cloud infrastructure working together as one coherent system.

Philosophy

Enterprise software should simplify complexity, not add to it.

At Adaptive Development, I work with enterprise clients on IBM Sterling implementations where reliability is not optional. An integration that fails silently or a fulfillment pipeline that breaks under load creates real business impact — lost orders, incorrect inventory, unhappy customers.

My goal is to build systems that are honest about their state, recoverable when they fail, and maintainable by the next engineer. That applies equally to OMS pipelines, Java middleware, and AI integrations. Complexity is unavoidable in enterprise commerce. Making it manageable is the job.
